Notice of a Proposal to Amend the Parkway Belt West Plan Ontario Planning and Development Act, 1994, Clause 6 (7Ma) The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing is processing an application (File No: 24-PBVw-185176) to amend the Parkway Belt West Plan (PBWP) to allow temporary uses such as parking, storage and signage, on lands within existing and future hydro corridors. Temporary uses within hydro corridors would only be permitted if all necessary approvals are obtained to ensure there is no interference with the transmission system and that public safety is protected.
