The Holding Provision (H) limits the range of uses permitted on the lands to uses such as surface parking lots and recreational uses (outdoor playing fields with a permeable surface) until the (H) is removed. Conditions which must be addressed in order to remove the (H) pertain to municipal services (infrastructure), transportation considerations, environmental studies, storm/ ground water management reports and entering into any required financially secured agreements between the applicant and the City Act, and the City of of Toronto.
