The proposed use is permitted under the Zoning By-law upon removal of the Holding Provision (H). The Holding Provision (H) limits the range of uses permitted on the lands to uses such as surface parking lots and recreational uses (outdoor playing fields with a permeable surface) until the (H) is removed. Conditions which must be addressed in order to remove the (H) pertain to municipal services (infrastructure), transportation considerations, environmental studies, storm/ ground water management reports and entering into any required financially secured agreements between the applicant and the City Act, and the City of of Toronto.
