For municipal purposes, namely for the construction, maintenance and future repairs of a new public street. Notice is hereby given that application has been made for approval to expropriate the land described as follows: A fee simple interest, in those lands shown as Part 1 and 2 on a draft reference plan Ref # 08-024RP04, being part of the lands, known municipally as part of 5795 Yonge Street, legally described as: Metro Toronto Condominium Plan No. 805 and its appurtenant interest, the description of the Condominium Property is: Part Lot 22, Con 1, EYS- Parts 1, 2 and 3 on 66R- 15154 as described in Schedule "A" to D90986; City of Toronto Any owner of lands in respect of which notice is given who desires a hearing into whether the taking of such land is fair, sound and reasonably necessary in the achievement of the objectives of the expropriating authority shall so notify the approving authority in writing, in the case of a registered owner, served personally or by registered mail within thirty days after the registered owner is served with the notice, or, when the registered owner is served by publication, within thirty days after the first publication of the notice; (a) in the case of an owner who is not a registered owner, within thirty days after the first publication of the notice. (b) The approving authority is the Council of the City of Toronto, Toronto City Hall, 100 Queen Street West, 2nd Floor, Toronto, ON M5H 2N2.
